With over 30 years of experience in the staffing Industry, I have successfully built from the ground up several executive search and recruiting firms specializing in the Accounting, Information Technology and Engineering fields. Since 2015, my focus has shifted exclusively into the Healthcare Industry, specializing in Clinical Engineering, Radiation Oncology, Allied Health, and the Healthcare Technology Management sectors.

A Tampa native, I grew-up in a family of four brothers. Five boys in five years. What were my parents thinking. Sports was a huge part of our family actives from playing baseball at Ed Wright Little League, basketball at Christ the King School, and football during my years at Jesuit High School where I was inducted into their Hall of Fame. I am an alum of UF and USF and continually endure the ups and downs of my alma mater’s. My hobbies include golf, tennis, tarpon fishing and sailing. Married, four children and hopefully many grandchildren on the way.

With over 19 years of experience in Healthcare Staffing, Aaron has held several sales and leadership positions.  Aaron's career began as a Sales Recruiter in 2006, and over the next 18 years, his role expanded to include positions at the Sales Management and Director level.  As Vice President of Operations, Aaron leads with a focus on empowering teams while implementing efficient, scalable processes that maximizes company performance.  Aaron's goal has always been to empower great teams that consistently exceed goals while maintaining top notch customer service and satisfaction. 

When Aaron is not at work, you will find him volunteering on his local community HOA Committee, spending time with his family, exercising, or playing golf.

I have over 40 year's experience in sales and marketing. I have 10 years marketing and sales for a Fortune 500 company. The last 8+ years I have been working as a recruiter and manager in Healthcare Technology Management, specifically in the medical imaging engineering vertical.

In my free time, I enjoy attending Gators and Buccaneers football games, golf, cooking and gardening. Married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Jesse has 35 years of sales experience throughout the Financial and now Healthcare industry, including 18 years of dedicated recruiting expertise.  Jesse's career has been driven by a passion for building lasting relationships and matching top talent people with the right opportunities.  In Jesse's spare time, he enjoys fishing, as well as landscape and nature photography.
